Oscietra Golden Superior is a particularly exclusive specialty. Only the lightest and finest caviar grains from the Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) – also known as the Oscietra sturgeon – are selected for this variety. Only about 5% meet the stringent criteria and are carefully hand-selected. Their eggs are of a similarly high quality to those of the wild Oscietra.
