The hallmark of Danish cuisine is Royal Copenhagen tableware and porcelain.
Its colors and style harmonize perfectly with the color of Balik salmon. Since 1978, Royal Copenhagen has been the preferred tableware for all visitors to the Balik Farm.
When the decision was made to source salmon farmed in Denmark and smoke it at the Balik Farm, we naturally had to design packaging inspired by our own tableware and the beauty of Copenhagen.
