Beluga is the finest and most expensive caviar we can produce. Its grains, measuring over 3.2 mm, are the largest among sturgeon caviar varieties. This is not particularly surprising, as it is also the largest fish of its kind. A fully grown beluga can easily weigh a ton or more.
Its taste is delicately creamy and juicy. Its color ranges from light gray to steel gray to black!
