Beluga caviar is distinguished by its exceptionally delicate, large, light to dark gray grains, whose fine, buttery-creamy flavor is highly prized. Beluga caviar comes from the largest freshwater fish in the world – the beluga sturgeon. It takes 25 to 30 years for the females to reach maturity. This makes this caviar particularly rare and therefore also very precious!
