Our selection of BALIK Sjomga revives the Scandinavian tradition of refining smoked salmon with select ingredients.
The fillets, taken from the belly of the salmon (Salmo salar), are lightly salted and gently smoked before marinating.
BALIK Sjomga Tradition is prepared with the utmost care and lightly smoked. The aroma of the salmon fillet is enhanced by the light marinade with organically grown dill.
