As with our smoked Balik products, we use only the finest salmon (Salmo salar) from Norwegian waters for our Balik Fillet Sashimi Style. After lightly salting the entire side of salmon, the back section is carefully removed according to classic Balik filleting techniques. We recommend serving Balik Fillet Sashimi in thin, diagonally sliced pieces – SASHIMI STYLE!
