For the preparation of BALIK Side Classic, specially selected salmon (Salmo salar) are gently smoked in our traditional smokehouse. The whole salmon sides are then meticulously deboned, skinned, and trimmed by hand. BALIK Side Classic is available whole or pre-sliced. It tastes best when combined with just a few select fresh ingredients, such as a dollop of crème fraîche and freshly ground black pepper.
