For the preparation of the BALIK Side Classic, specially selected salmon (Salmo salar) are mildly smoked in our traditional smokehouse. The whole sides of salmon are then meticulously deboned, skinned, and trimmed by hand. We offer the BALIK Side Classic whole or pre-sliced. BALIK Side Classic tastes best when combined with just a few select fresh ingredients, such as some crème fraîche and freshly ground black pepper.
