Not only does the pure water from our own spring play a central role in the production of the BALIK Fillet Tsar Nikolaj No. 1, but the local wood, which has been dried and stored in our forests for at least 5 to 6 years, is also essential for the special finishing process according to our unique, traditional smoking recipe.
Such a masterpiece deserves a fitting presentation – an elegant box that protects this treasure and further emphasizes its value. This fillet bears the name "No. 1" for good reason and is available exclusively in limited quantities.
