Our smoking methods and ovens originated in supplying the Russian imperial courts.

In 1790, the King of Denmark commissioned a tableware set illustrating all Danish plants and herbs as a gift for Catherine II.

As a special tribute to this exquisite tableware, designed, among other things, for serving Danish salmon to kings and queens, we have created a unique edition of Danish smoked Balik salmon with a unique selection of Danish herbs.
